Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to the use of the services provided by Performance Car Exclusive (PCE). If you breach this policy, any other terms, or any applicable law, we may immediately take one or more of the following actions:

  • temporarily or permanently suspend our services to you

  • block the access to your account

  • terminate the service agreement

  • delete the content from your account

  • Prohibited activities

    You are prohibited from any of the following actions:

    • reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our services, software, solutions, create derivative works, etc.

    • sublicence, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute our services or software, share your account with others

    • use our services or software in any way that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful (including scamming, phishing, etc.)

    • create a false identity or otherwise mislead others

    • perform or permit any activity that may be technically harmful, e.g., transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, logic bombs, harmful components, corrupted data, malicious software, or any other harmful data

    • Prohibited content

      You shall not upload or send any content that:

      • is unsolicited marketing, advertising, or other activities, for which the recipient has not provided consent, or there is no other legal basis

      • is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content under any applicable law

      • is hateful, harassing, threatening, vulgar, obscene, discriminatory, profane, misleading, defamatory, indecent, or otherwise abusive

      • infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of any party

      • promotes pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing campaigns, or any similar money-making scam
